  • What is the time frame for you to complete my job?

    Building Services Sydney for safety reasons will always work in pairs or more depending the job type. In doing this we will multi task and allocate each other different jobs. This makes us finish the job alot sooner and its a more efficient way of working. We will always make less noise, take less of your time and if any questions or further work is to be carried out one can talk you the client whilst one continue’s working.

  • What if your staff break or damage something whilst in my property?

    Building Services Sydney takes any breaches/ misconduct very seriously no matter how big or how small. We pride ourselves in dealing with these issues as fast as possible to not cause further heart-ache to our clients and staff involved. We are aware that out on the field accidents may happen and that’s why we prepare for these occasions. We will have a Safety Officer within our company investigate the incident, causes of the problem and the circumstances around it. We will be in direct contact with you always throughout this process and any updates discussed with you as soon as possible. We are Insured and have processes in place for any work that we do to ensure we have predetermined any potential threats, accidents, issues and likelihood of them to occur. The staff are well trained to adhere to these and if rules are broken or disobeid strict discipline will follow. We run a professional company and all employees are well aware. To further combat potential un-reported incidents we have a follow up discussion with every client after the services are complete to ensure client is completely satisfied with the service they have received. In this discussion management will ask questions relating to;

    if the staff member has behaved in a professional manner whilst onsite

    was staff member on time and in correct company issued uniform

    was his conduct throughout the service period acceptable and did he make our company proud

    any concerns you the client want to bring up with Our Company Management department

    any recommendations, reviews or anything you want to raise or see changed within our company and its structure to further improve on our services and ultimately your experience

  • When you do my service will you clean and take the rubbish with you?

    Short answer Always. Yes we will leave your site exactly as we found it minus the overgrown grass and the overhanging branches etc.. We take pride in our work and we transform things for a living, part of this is making an initial mess whilst we are doing it then having it completely transformed by the end when its finished, cleaned, rubbish removed and ready for the hand over to our satisfied client. We wont be happy with any other way. In the case we aren’t totally happy to hand it over to you the client we will continue to work on it until we are. It may mean the next day or the next few hours depending the project and area serviced but one thing’s Guaranteed – YOU will be satisfied with the results.

  • How do you gain access to my property?

    Access to your property can be obtain via a few ways;

    you can leave the keys with a trusted neighbour or tenant

    you can make prior arrangement to leave keys with us

    you can wait for us to arrive onsite, open everything required for us then leave the site and we will ensure we lock/close everything when we are finished and before we leave

    we can as a convenient service to you obtain keys from your real estate agent on our way to your job and once finished return the keys back to agent.
